i can enter into flash mode. but v220 is not powering up.
Boot loader
07.B0
R365_G_0B.D2.2.3R

Battery ok
ok to program

Already flash it but no power on.

MSS4 v4.14 wil fix it 100%
Tried it myself on one or two and it works like a charm. If you have MSS4 I'll tell you what you need to do.

what was the soft on phone before?
try to upgrade to the highst version.
when phone is degraded it will stay stuck on flash mode.

use smart clip, you can download boot area

Just use flash file which includes Main & Lp & Flex file usually ending with 1FF and called ******* Pack sure will help you to get your phone back ,
