v3 help... - GSM-Forum

i just got a v3 from cingular, i was trying to flash to the europe version, b4 that , i forgot to unlock it, and then i flashed to the europe version, and it's not able to unlock, and then after i reflashed to the cingular version, the fone is dead.. what can i do now, can anyone give me a clue... thx!!
