V3 language changed to chinesse can´t acces to phone book - GSM-Forum

I´ve changed the language pack to traditional chinesse, when i want to acces in the menu to the phonebook nothing happens. If chosse english or automatic language is able to acces to phonebook but not when phone is in chinesse language, Who knows where the problem is located? can anyone give me some information about that?

Get Software named "SeemPlayer v2.91"

Download SEEM 0032_0001 (use P2KTools v0.8.6)===>Open SeemPlayer v2.91 ==>Files==>VXX SEEM==>0032_0001.seem==>Open(select the 0032_0001 u downloaded from your V3)==>then Phonebook (Tab)==> CHECK ALL the box inside the Phonebook (Tab)==> Do whatever you like to do==>SAVE==> Upload via P2KTools the SAVED 0032_0001.seem back into your V3.....

I know this works for V600, V525, V300, V3 and I think my E398 too... Good Luck!

There is also an alternative...Go to initial setup and set phone back to english. Then open phonebook...on any contact name...press the menu button (T-Button). Then go setup...SORT BY "SPEED DIAL". Then change back to chinese...then you can open phone book!!

and how about when type sms in chinese menu, finaly cant sent, it will return to the main menu...!!!

really best solution is change language with the same version of phone firmware, or full upgrade. I have no idea how fix ur problem mate, sorry for no helping

About speed dial i have some troubles but work fine more or less, sometimes phone says "waiting..." and no way to access to phone book or any others menu items. Reinsert batery and all go fine.

Use MotoKit fix phoneBook to fix these problem, but don't effect the sound!
