v3 problem - GSM-Forum

hi
i have got a V3 here and now and again doesn't power on, only key pad lights up and if i read on smart-moto it shows as
S BLANK NEPTUNE LTE
there hasn't been any testpoint performed on this phone and there is no liquid sighn on it either.sometimes it work for few minutes and then freezes i took of the batery and put it back again but only display lights.
so can anyone help me?

and u will get flash files !!!
