Someone did research on this?

I got one V300 from COMCEL (Colombia) 8/1.8/1.9..Is there a way to make it work on 900 Mhz Networks?.. I donīt want to experiment because i canīt find the correct Flex and Flash Files for reverting it to itīs original state.

all those phones are "quad" band what i mean by that is all the phones have the hardware only limited by software all you need is the correct flex file...
the only one that i am 90% sure about is the v180 this might be triband but i do think its quad band as well

i'll try to re organise my site and put all those flexes check back soon

Just Activate the band with the correct flex file. Everything will be corrected.
