V360 working very slow - GSM-Forum

I have Motorola V360 vodafone
it is unlocked by another shop
the phone working very slowly
by example: power on,the bottoms also there are no service.
also I can't flash it by smartclip because it not make a connection also with test point:not read.
after 5 min of power on the phone seems to be litlle hot.
any idea plz?

this need S\W and work testpoint by smart cilp .
after TP Full Flash .

I ma pretty sured during the cut metal shield you did any mistake,now open your cell and check your metal and TP area,you will see must be anything shorted on board,try it and post the result,if no anything wrong on mother board so you need to full flash it.

there are no problem in the metal shield and the tp area,the phone also cannt connect with the smartclip,there are some thing wrong in the mother board,I dont know the reason
