V3i flashing error - GSM-Forum

I tried to flash V3i with PST and RSD and I got this error :
"no subscription found"

Can you help me ?

so.V3i have testpoit,pls got it and repari in smatclips.PST & RSD can't flash

My V3i is in working condition . I just wanted to insert romanian language and I don't have LP with romanian for smart-clip .
