V3x lcd black in normal mode, ok in boot mode - GSM-Forum

hi, V3x works ok, every thing fine, makes calls and recives calls and i can hear the ring of keypad, but the lcd is black and dose not show any thing,
if i enter boot mode, it works, and shows:
boot loader : 0.6.8.2
SW version: R25221LD_U_85.99.50R

What the problem could be ?
any help ?

Check flex cable or the TP resistor on the PCB.

TP resistor ok,
and we tried other flex cable, still the same problem

can be flashe ?

Try rehot small long square ic beside main flexi cable socket at pcb board , good luck !

@ mr_loverman,

Do you know what initially had happened to the phone so it got to such state?
If yo use Smart-Clip and SmartMoto, try to perform Repair PDS and after that Full Flash the phone with higher firmware version of the same platform.
