Dear Moto experts;
Got a V3x flashed with arabic firmware,now phone hangs and got many problems,i need to detemine original firmware but i got just the back label information below,i wonder if they can help:

Maybe i'm not clever enough but i'm not so experienced in Motorola,can u give more clear answer or name the file i must download,that would be kind of you

Will it restore the phone to it's original firmware state?by the way it looks like a great support site.

it will update your phone firmware acording to the flex name, remember your main problem is the phone hanging, update can solve your problem beter that looking what version was the phone before.

This phone used to have Google and some other applications preinstalled,now this guy wants them back,that's why i insist on finding original firmware or flex.

extract the file with winzip or winrar

and flash with rsd lite software
