Does any one know how to make an unlocked cell phone work with ALL service provider without activation? Some sellers say "activation is not required" for their phones, I am just wondering how they can do that. Is there any common IMEI numbers that can work with any SP?  |

Member: 46719 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 1 | activation is required for the sim card , not the phone some operators will let you just put the sim card in the phone, load it with credit and you are up and working. Others require that you register name/address etc before they enable the sim card |
