V551 unable to charge problem - GSM-Forum

Hello this v551I have just started this problem. When i plug in the charger it turns the phone on then the the battery symbol dissappears and i get the unable to charge message i tried several power supplies and batteries same problem. Does anyone know of a solution Thanks Jean

does ur phone shows "invalid battery" message??

if not try in this order:

- check connector (dirty,oxid...)
- check battery connectors
- check connector pins on pcb
- check connector lines to small diode and check Q954 Q950
- check lines to pcap ic
- check pcap ic

Hi , I also have the same problem. DOes anyone here have an schematics for V551? Is this a hardware failure? Thanks
