I can do it with my mototools.I saw a flash file with mp3 and video support.

These are the archives that are there! It shows which archive to use? Therefore I almost have 100% of certainty that none of them makes possible TO RECORD VIDEO in the V600!
Now, if you really it obtained, shows as it made!

It's impossible because of a hardware restriction. The V600 has 4MB of RAM while the V620 that supports video recording has 8MB. The larger RAM was added in order to make video recording possible. 4MB was just not enough for the job.
