| V66 unlocker changes IMEI to 00001234? Is their any truth in this. On my quest to find all of the drivers patches, tweaks etc. I came across a warning that the software changes the IMEI to 00000012345 (something like that anyway). Is this true? Also I have just taken delivery of several sim free v66. Could I download the info that is "flexed" from one phone to another?, and would this be unlocked with a good serial number. Sorry if this sounds like a stupid question, but I have never had anything to do with Motorola as the hardware dongles are out of my price range. P.s if the IMEI's are changed the same, will this not mean that when U.K providers start "the big ban", there are going to be a lot of cheap v66's flying around? Thanks for any reply |
