have followed this install info and still get the cant find hasp, then application error message. Have opened everything in the programme files 3.5.2 folder. Can someone who has succesfully installed this please put step by step instructions for dumb idiots please?

@foufou I can help you there it is in the C program files Motorola 3.5.2 Full file once you have installed, with all the others!

What to begin the program under Win2000 load here kernel32.dll place in a folder with the program and to rename in kernel32. Further as it has been described above.

I had that problem...then copied and rename file....then problem with hasp (-3). Ran thta install.bat thingy and now when I run nothing happens

Ok....finally got it working..... according to the site, this is what I did

1) Installed Cracked Victor
2) Install HASP program
3) Run .REG file
4) run Install.bat
5) Copy kernel32.dll from WINNT/system32/ to kernel32 where victor is installed to.

Ok.....for others who have gotten this to work...My question is....when I try to unlock my T720 it says the following "POWER OFF the phone and connect it to the cable in REPAIR mode and press ok".....WHAT EXACTLY IS REPAIR MODE?

For people trying to get this to work...make sure that if you have already tried AND FAILED to get it to work you must do the following before following the steps I listed in my previous post.

1) Uninstall HASP and VICTOR
2) REGEDIT and delete this entry "[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Servic es\Emulator\HASP\Dump\7A7D40D1]"

After that is done you can follow the steps I listed.

Im saying this once and just once only

1) Install setup_3.5.2_full.exe
2) Reboot
3) Install hdd32.exe
4) Double click Mot.reg and say yes
5) Double click startnt.bat
6) Double click instnt.bat DO NOT click delnt.bat del means delete der!!!
7) Copy 1343523163.key to C:\Program Files\VictorGSM.net\Motorola 3.5.2 Full
8) Reboot again for the hell of it
9) Run startnt.bat every time you want to use software
10) Run the program and bang it works!!!!!!!!!
11) Sit back and wonder what to do with it now

I will test this on a 720 soon and post results mail me with your results on unlocking

Any problems installing the software dont mail me this solution has worked for 3 XP machines for me tonight.

Can't unlock 720 if haven't got password!!!!
And for flashing he can work well more than Mss 3.4.1!!!

Instalations step:
1) Start setup_3.5.2_full.exe
2) Start hdd32.exe
3) Run delnt.bat
4) Run Mot.reg
5) Run instnt.bat
6) Copy 134523163.reg in to directory with Viktor
7) Restart PC
8) Start startnt.bat
9) Start Viktor

And software work perfect.

i am afraid it will kill HDD partition as old free tool from victor...
...one mine friend usied that old 3.4.1sw one Month, and only after month was partition destroyed...

is this new crack safe to use ?
