We have two recently purchased (within 30 days) moto v551 phones. First of all the service stinks, we had better service with our digital phones. I don't know if this unknown (by everybody we have talked to) status indicator has anything to do with the bad service. The indicator is on the Home Screen. In the user guide this indicator is where the GPRS indicator should be. It is a capital E with 3 slanted bars under it, the bars are green and red. We have looked page by page in user guide and this indicator is not talked about. Does anybody know what this means? TIA, Heidi
