Anyone got Westernas T191 Working? - GSM-Forum

I have the data cable from active mobiles that works with dm tool but i can not get westernas software to recognise the phone. I appreciate the schema may be different but is there an easy way to modify the cable i have?

Try re intalling the SW, just unlocked with same cable.

Ive tried it on two machines and when im prompted to power up phone the software times out the phone comes on?

hi, same for me,i tried with 3PC (300 IBM, Celeron 666 and 475 AMD) i have made the cable like the sheme on Westerna but at last "time out"!!! what's happened?? best regards

how can you tell what software version the phone is?

*#300# to see soft version Socks work with me but I already had different working T191 soft <img src="biggrin.gif" border="0">

Hi friends You can use siemens cable for t191 and nokia hadset connictor <img src="biggrin.gif" border="0">

Well I unlocked one in the workshop today, but I didn't look at the software version sorry. If you take a close look at the symatic and the insert its wrong. Hope that helps? <img src="biggrin.gif" border="0">

The two softs (westerna and the other) work on T191 MH112411, just tested an hour ago ;-)
