DEAD t205 after wrong unlock any solution plz help

first way if not connect with computer - desoldering flash chip and go to programmator. if you don't have programmator or BGA pannel - soldering to Alcatel 30x (BE4) - and flashing full 2 Mb good flash. desoldering from Alcatel - and solder to t205.

this very hard way - but no another solution in this moment.

second way - may be connect with JTAG interface - but i not tested.
