I am pretty sure any java enabled phone has a java app loader, but most of the time they are locked by the carrier (which can be fixed by mss/pst and midway).

I know with my cingular phone... (it was a v400) the apploader was locked, and even after unlcoking it, it wouldnt really allow for you to send java apps to it either.

You can check out motocoders.com to see if there are any technical documents abou tthat, and if so, it SHOULD work.
