E365 How To Reset The Phone - GSM-Forum

I have the unlock codes,but impossible to enter it....
the phone says since 2 days (with a refused sim inside) "contact fournisseur service "
what is the solution?

Leave the card in the phone for around 45 mins then the Contact provider will disapear and it will ask for the codes again,there you enter the codes.Thats all

select from your phone menu to master reset and enter password.
this will solved the problem.
