your phone not connected good or there is hardware problem because
interface not found
do not flash it
first be sure that connection is good otherwise you will have dead phone

As can be read from the log files you've posted the phone get read as "S Blank Neptune LTE2". It shows that the set connected via TestPoint or of the phone has some hardware malfunction, short circuit.
Check the mainboard of the phone, please.
