help with v360 please

Hi there i am new to unlocking and playing around with phones, more of a hobby really. i seem to be having problems unlocking my v360. i would like to know how to remote unlock if possible as i would like to not resort to having to use my usb cable. if i must which software do u recomend for use with the cable and which software do u recomend use for a remote unlock??
