The phone is dualband, I don't think that can be use in 900/1800 without any HW modification.

The C115 from Latin America is hard-wired for 850/1900. Flashing/flexing may report 900/1800, but the phone hardware will remain 850/1900. You're probably better off purchasing a 900/1800 phone rather than trying to modify the hardware to change bands.

did anyone just TRIED and is 100% sure that flashing the phone to 900 would remain in 850 because of the hardware ? or it is just a theory ?

    It's reality

It's reality, not theory. I have a C115 that I re-flashed, which shows European frequencies (900/1800), but actually uses North American frequencies (850/1900).

The actual frequencies are hard-wired into the unit; the frequencies displayed are just text localizations for the two channels. If you feel adventurous, you can patch the flex files (including checksums) to show proper frequencies. I didn't bother.
