when flashing through my scout throws error

Press target power on...
Transfer loader...
Convert file...
Program target...
Flash completed with error/warning: -643

through infinity can to flash but after flash dead or flashes

What is error -643 ?

What is written on the sticker under the battery?
Are you sure that this model is W377 ? There is also such phone as W377g. Judging by this error, flash file you chosen is not suitable for flashing to this phone.
