Motola MPX200 very big Problem with unlock CODE - GSM-Forum

I have mpx200
and code readed via Victor4 -mssbox

when i put sim and power ON phone i see

Service Provider PUK
Unlock Code
..................
New Pass
..................
Re-type new pass
..................

when i put SP code (in other phons after sp code, phone is unlocked)
phone give me msg:

The action you are attempting is not supported by this SIM

and phone is stil locked

Any hope for unlock this phone ??

leave phone powered on with another carrier sim in phone for all night
type all 00000000 for unblock code, password, new password
phone get the SIM failure screen which says "the action you are attempting is not supported by this SIM"
type NCK in unblock code, password, new password field
