T191 full signall, but is not available - GSM-Forum

I have one problem with Motorola T191
Network signal is full, but when I make call, phone always say "FAILED"
When I make call from another phone to T191, I hear in speaker that T191 is not available,
but signal is full !

I change PA but not solved this network problem!

any other solution, please

i solved this type of problem by reseting phone with software.may this help you.use any unlocking software.

It seems to me it's a SP-Lock. Try to use a Kima Unlocker:

But use carefully - unlock depend from SW-Version and not work with SW 1.87.

you need only to reset eeprom with old kima 7.7 and all will be ok with this phone

try blides solution it should work
but one more thing all the time i have to use this solution phone cant make calls but can receive call, and in your case you cant make or receive call on this phone, so if the reset does not work, try cleaning phone with ultrasonic and rehot the PCB, it worked for me when i got a phone with your kind of problem, but mine got contact with liquid. enjoy

mate if u try to make call and when u press ok botton to make call and it says call failed or end sudenly then it is software problem otherwize hardware
