need help please to change band for , c139, v172 , v171, c261 - GSM-Forum

hi i have these phones in 850 mhz i need to change to 900. i have dmtool but when i flash to unlock it the frequnecy is the same. I know they can work but how do i change the software. I also have the same phones in 900 mhz same hardware . Just different software please tell me how to make it work

This band its posible winth manually for settings for this phone

that wont work in the menu u only get 850/ 1900
i want to completely reprogram the phone to get 900/1800.

Just reflash it with european software supporting 900/1800MHz. Hardware is identical.

I flash with DTTool but the band dont change.......

Go to settings and take a look there if it says 850/1800 or 900/1800.
Are you sure you flashing european soft. Make sure to use eropean flex.

I was succeed change for C139.But it only 900HZ.
It need change hardware!
First,flash of support 900/1800 SW,it is 850/1900HZ also.After change R101 to R218 place(R218 original is blank),power-on,now it is 900/1800HZ.
