unable to place calls - GSM-Forum

hi everyone

i have a motorola t190 gsm phone, i can receive calls , but when i try to place a call i get the message call drop.
can anyone tell me ho to fix this problem

use DMTool3.18. u need to do E2p Reset only. work 100%. i fixed the same problem 2 days later.
