try to press #02# and see software version. You can compare with C139 version.

did u test in c117 v2.5.78

In C117 i work whit DMTool v7.3.04.6 and flash files same C115/116

to unlock a C140 you can just use a smart unlocker.
the phone must be off, press unlock button, when then green led (RX led) s'allume, press the power on button of your phone and all will be ok in 1s.
your phone is unlocked now.

no flash, no c139 procedure, it's very easy like this.
