language at the moment is french and english as far as i know...only 900 and 1800 mhz.....

Do we need any box for flashing this phone or RSD lite will support..?
In smart clip i see no support...

this is a linux based phone as i know....No idea about flashing and more at the moment

It is NOT linux based. I have seen only 3 languages: english, german and italian, not know about others

bravo very inteligent....i posted 10 month before and there was only these languages available...of course it´s kind of linux on it

I don't mean that only 3 languages makes phone not to be with linux, it was answer to some other post.
I think it is not linux because in the phone code there is nothing similar to linux kernel in any version known by me.
I have disassembled almost all code (about 1,5 meg) but there is nothing which makes me think it is linux based phone.
What makes you to think it is? Some not proved info from somewhere? Read flash and see by yourself if you have enough knowledge to do this of course.
