UNLOCKING C139 and C261 - GSM-Forum

i have unlocked 2 motorolas, c139 and c261. But after they both have no network. Is there any solution to that coz i think its humans who made the device and i think humans can change it. Dont say that it wont! Any bright ideas.

Are they the north American versions? If so, they are dual band 850/1900MHz and won't be able to pick up the GSM 900/1800 MHz service you have in Uganda.

If this is the case, you can probably fix it by replacing the filters and reflashing the phone with Euro firmware, but I don't know the details.
