I want to remoov user lock w230.I have smart moto but no listed w230.any idea for use lock.anybody help me.thanks in advance

I have c350 smart clip usb cable , c115 cable and v3 pc cable.I used evry cable but not connect-(interface not found)

use mini usb cable and install the driver (lacosto interface driver) check the port setting of the phone on your pc then select it with your smartmoto then its ready to do format.......done

installing the driver is a bit tricky......please check your smarclip manual for more infos........if still no idea just return the phone

Plz tell me ............after install locosto driver make a new port in device manager?
I install driver this methad but not make a new port.I am confuesed

USB models require drivers installation prior to unlocking.
Here is USB Drivers installation procedure for Locosto USB based models :

* Run "Motorola Driver Installer.exe"
* Select "Clean only" and press start, wait untill its finished then close the software,
* Open Control Panel, Add/Remove Programs and uninstall Motorola Drivers
* Install "Motorola.9.0.msi"
* Restart PC
* Connect above mentioned Motorola model with mini USB cable to pc, with battery removed
* Insert battery, windows will detect "LOCOSTO" device and install drivers
* Remove and insert battery again, and check in device manager for "Motorola Flash" device.
