you didnt understand propely Don2006 ,he ask whether there is a solution for unlock with free soft with usb cable mean no box needed,like backup nv file , unlock finally restore nv file again

i need an sos unlocking code for a lg shine (ke970) mobile for an 02 sim card at mo the phone is locked to t-mobile, can you help me ? many thanks julie.
