Backup firmware U880 - GSM-Forum

Does anyone know if there's a way to backup the existing firmware on a LG U880?

I'd like to be able to do this before I try and unlock the phone by flashing with the modified firmware.

any help would be much appreciated.

hmmm
just try that fw , it works , think , even if your phone doesnt work afterwards , you still can bring it back to its original state , because there are dousins of fw , from all countryes........... what country is yours?

ps. the modified fw works like a charm , just edit media file , to suite your country....

I'm in Australia - is there an "original" unmodified firmware out there? Do you have it?
