How do you enter the unlock code for an LG CP 150 please??

If you do not have original Sim test with motorola test card
if you have original SIM,power ON phone
with it and enter 2945#*20001#
goto Menu-Settings-Security-Sim Unlock Code-
Desactivate and enter the code you get or read out
