Just downgrade it by flashing and you will be ok

You can downgrade all LG phones with no Proplems

i don´t think you can downgrade the phone, but is there any software that unlocks the phone?

try to downgrade if not working you can flash it again with this version and it will stay locked ????

Downgrading V11a will kill you phone
