Help, Advice needed.

Sorry if i posted wrongly but i am new here and this is the only LG place i can find with decent people, i have a major problem with my LG KE970 during a transfer of some mp3 tunes the transfer cable was knocked out, now i have a phone that is no good to me as it wont allow me to delete whats on the phone, LG dont want to know so is there anyone on here who can get my phone wiped and reset.
LG says it needs the software reset and said they would send paperwork out for it to be returned for out off warrantie repair 3 months later still nothing, TBH i would pay if this could be done.

Hi,
I tried the engineers code, and click on factory reset but the items remain, thats why i was told it need software reset. I downloaded the files from this website and it said about a flashing or flasher, the phone memory and the software is completely corrupted hence the return to LG for a major repair got the files from here http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=723232 and search for flasher in forum i have no idea as to how this goes about and flashing is way out off my league, when i do the engineers reset and goto Eng Mode i click on MemGenConf
Memory config with 50% overhead has been dumped to trace output, but i did click on MemDump and i got was Memory image could not be dumped to trace output compile switch <APOXI_HEAP_MEM_DETECT_CONFIG> is missing with all the other memory sections in the engineers menu i get that on all of them.

MY PHONE IS COMPLETEY UNLOCKED
