Member: 768105 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 6 | i have got this u990 which is on the 3 network, now for the problems lol. 1. reboots every 2 seconds. < tried to enter gang image mode wont allow it only *Emergency Download Mode*. 2 when connecting to the computer with EFS when you click connect it finds the com4 but under state it says E/31 and refuses to connect. 3 tried uninstalling all software and drivers for the viewty & reinstalling the software n drivers. i have also tried to conect my fully working ku990 viewty and this will not connect. back to the faulty lg u990. What otherway is there to connect this hunk of junk lol to the pc so i can flash it completely to allow normal conection. And yes i have trauled through numerous forums and the wiki's n not found the answer lol. Any help would be appreciated. |

Run LGMDP and connect the phone. Click DOWNLOAD (don't select any firmware), software will backup and restore your NV (this NV is useless but we need to do that to restore a good NV). Open your LGMDP folder, open the folder named on your phone IMEI, open COMXX folder (XX is the COM port number your phone used last), you'll get the backed up NV there. Download this NV from attachment, extract, rename on your orginal NV (that is in COMXX folder) and replace there. Now click NV Restore. THIS POST IS FROM nasirahmed and its's work | |
