Help with LG 8360 please

Hi all this is my first post on this board, so thanks in advance for any info you provide, this website has been very useful so far

I have been trying to switch my 8360 into testpoint as a flashing went wrong and I need to put it into testpoint to repair it.

Ive searched this forum and ive spent hours searching the web today for a free guide on how to open this phone. I have seen pictures showing me where the tespoint is and to ground it etc.

The main problem I am having (yes it sounds stupid) is that I cant actually get the phone apart, I have taken battery and sim out, and have unscrewed the 4 screws and started to carefully prize the plastic up, but it just gets stuck at the aerial end and I cannot get it to come off. I dont want to force it and break the phone.

I would be very very greatful if someone could just give me a quick guide (doesnt need to be pictures) just telling me how to get the cover of this phone so I can actually get to the pcb inside.

I suggest to be verry carreful with testpoint on this model! If U don't find it, U must scratch that black synthetic resin, and find the testpoint, because on some models the testpoints are covered with this!

thanks alot hacktek so there are more screws hiding under the rubber then, phone works perfectly now ive restored using testpoint, thankyou
