help with LG7100

hi all
i have a LG7100 uk ogrange phone that wont start up the last person who had it sent me the phone and this info of what they did...

( i used floader
to delete the flashes on the phone, then tried to flash it with the
latest, but couldnt get it to startup properly, probably because i
couldnt hold the power button the whole time the new flash was
uploading to the phone. Good luck with it...)

i reflashed it with floader v2 with firmware v111..v103..v113..v114
but it still wont start up i held the power button down while uploading but still nothing.. the phone charges but that all i can get it to do any info on this please...also can someone give me a step by step guide to useing Floader ver2 on a LG7100 im prity sure im doing it right but want to make sure...
and read and write cal data what dos it do as i can get it to read it.. but when i upload the firmware in the devise name box it says unknown...
also in the write box verify is ticked but OWCD is not...thanks in advance
