Post I need your Help for my LG-F180L dead boot....

I bought a LG-F180L (Korean) Mobile when I were in China (Last Month). it was running well. But after Upgrade (on air) in China, the Internal Storage were not working well. I mean, when ever I start the phone, there was "Scanning Media File" running all the time (non stop) without showing any groiwng percentage.

I can not use Camera (says : "Try after Scanning media file"), and any other software which required to access Storage. Cause it says : "Not enough free space. The Internal Storage is 0.0KB (in PC too).

But in the Settings: APPs, it shows 25GB free, but in Storage, it shows 0.0KB.

I tried so many times "Hard Reset", "Installed so many .kdz files" but all time it is same.

Last time I used "****ybin", then (I think I had done something wrong) when I restart, there was nothing, no display, no button combination works, only QDLoder in the "Device Manager" in PC (Qualcom port.....).

Tell me how can I fix this with QPST....

PLEASE provide me all the Links and full procedure....
