Member: 286399 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 | How to intergrate non-listed different languages Okay. There are hips of ways to intergrate new lanuges other than listed on the moble. Procedures are as follows 1. For Chinese Traditional (HK) There are language packs files in your in your mobile system files(either replace to your mobile(writting/reading protected/ cannot even see the files) extract from HK Moudule firmware files and replace to [(/LGAPP/Pxo/Language.pxo) ->this file contains each language fonts, IME programs] from HK firmware Language.pxo files but all menus are still in english or can have language string errors in all programs, it is annoying to reporgram all of them. Alternatively you can use the whole HK Module/Media/MODEM firmware files with little bit of modifications. -> IF you know how they bypassed sim lock system, changing codes (simlick pass 1=>0) in pxo files & replace emg menu with enginmod.pxo then phonetest.pxo. In fact if it is HK you can use HK media firmware and change FLEX_COUNTRY_CODE = your region listed. The chaces are, in HK Media files they have all six countries listed as they are based on the same H3G-xx programs. H3G 6 region people got the same xx firmware files from LGE and only modified media files. In fact, there is a solid proof for this case. This is the origal firmware of U880_V10b+ Australia. They did not bother to change module name IT to DU at all^^ SW Version U880-MSM6250-V10b-JAN-18-2006-H3G-DU(R6270) Media Version U880-MEDIA-V10b-JAN-18-2006-H3G-DU Module Version U880-MODULE-V10b-JAN-18-2006-H3G-IT HW Version MUSE_H(C) 2. Non listed languages other than Tradional Chinese. E.G. Simplified Chinese, Arabian Turky...so on. Requried files. You need all module & firmwares files for your nominated language and for your mobile (posted in this site) / pxo, s/w files from each countries. 5 Options avaliable. Option 1 (Change Menus and IME into your nominated Language) Recode all pxo files(e.g worldclock.pxo values FLEXVAL %d to your link to your media files. DU, UK etc. include fonts, language files in SW, alter replace them & repack them. The path in your mobile phone is as follows; /LGAPP/Pxo/Language.pxo ->this file contains each language fonts, IME programs. You need to replace this all the pxo file with your language files. from ADMANAGER.PXO, ALARM.PXO ..... till worldclock.pxo Trust me, it will take ages to do that. at least 2 weeks with 2~3 people in the group for each language pack and the chances are it will create many bugs in your phone. Option 2 (Menus are still in English but can write and read your nominated language. Replace only language.pxo (with modification), font pxo files and IME methods. you have to repack the firmware and refresh the whole phone. Option 3 (Refreshing the whole factory files, as they are based on the same or simlar hardware/ You can even use factory unlocked firmware for U8500 as this phone is unbranded and unlocked by defaults) You need EFS Gang images/boot/shell files/factory firmware module/media/sw image for your nominated country(language) then refresh your whole mobile inlcude IME etc in factory mode. Warning: It will void your phone warraty for sure and if something goes wrong, you have to fix it at your own costs, 100% no after service. Great chance of replacing the whole phone mother board. It will cost more than the new phone.) very differnt from downloading firmwares to your phone) Option 4 (Make hardware modifications in your phone, test point then refresh with your nominated country firmware. Also voids warranty Option 5 (Buy the phone from your nominated country and unlock it) I've given you many options here. If any quries plz reply here and plz do not post stupid questions as no one will bother to answer. |

There are no any *.pxo file on fussian lanuage , also pxo files are crypted and signed , after decryption by usb-boot , there are also pxo are hashed by Security Module and signatures are compared ;-) So for making russian lang for these paranoically crypted phone you must kill more time than for hex-editing U81XX etc. So go on! Заебёшся ,вообщем, колупать это гавно :-) P.S. @jayhan Thanks for userful info | |
