KF350 Error On GSM MULTI - GSM-Forum

Anyone here Knows the Trick?
the phone has no problem before, i just want to wipe the content of it with z3x using factory reset but it becomes dead,
now i cant connect it with that box

I tried to flash it with z3x but it just give me an error on connecting
so i use GSM MULTI for flashing,

but here is the result

then after a couple of seconds it will fail...

anyone here can help me to revive again this phone?

i think mapping is also needed to this?
i wil try to explore it

though my customer is really shouting on me now x-(
