I have water damage phone of 110

It is water damage so plz tell me what i do for this problem ? ?

u will wash with chemical its name marcury lotion
by mobile washing machine
then check its
regrad............sanjuwatch2007

pl esae clean a board with "allma" chemical and dry the board
if set no power on

then flash it
