lg bl40 music player not work

my bl40 V10G firmware by LG B2B software. everything went fine. but the music player loading only continuously until the phone restarts itself. same as when I choose sync music mode in usb mode, visible on the computer 0bytes phone memory status. when viewing the status information directly to the phone memory is still a lot of available space. what's this? I've brought in service center for the re-flash, but it seems they can not do yet because of the availability of upgrading the latest firmware. whether the same events happening to other users V10 firmware?

i am not tested but other user r tested replay to working if u test it nothing to loss for tray this because this code is factory reset only
