Please anyone ever faced this problem?
I got this phone restarting when u put simcard, flashed with Multi Box but samething.

Could it be hardwatre problem or software?

check hardware mate. reheat phone

try with reset code 2945#*#
if no luck check it hardware & remove battery backup

Work fine after hard reset, 10x again.
