lg cu400 no network, help

i have a lg cu400 with no network after unlock i think that a nv restore is needed but i not have a nv restore backup file, anybody can post here a good working nv restore for cu400 mobile,

or other solution for this model... its from usa, cingular...

This nv file is working but some of the people dont know how to write it into the phone,this is the steps to write LG NV using furious Gold:
1.Power on phone without sim card
2.Connect it through usb cord to ur pc
3.Open QFG LG Module press scan interfaces
4.Under jobs choose NVM WRITE then press DO JOB
5. Pick the correct model with this extension .nv2
6.Take a jug of beer thats all...
