man when it says cold boot it means thats its doing the hard reset?

i hope not cause i still get the same problem as before so i really hope cold boot isnt the same as hard reset!

(Volume +) , (volume -) , (camera), (power) ==> cold boot = Hard Reset, not always solve this problem. Here I have one E900h, only shows LG logo, maybe in a couple of days I will try this: LG E900 boot problem SOLVED - xda-developers ...

when the phone shown COLD BOOT , did I nee dto press any key ? or the phone will restart ? because only the col boot stand on the screen and nothing happend ??????
