LG G7100 Netowrk OK but roaming (Please HElp)
 

Hi guys

I have a an LG 7100 that came to me with network problems i unlocked it and network is there but there is an "R" sign roaming next to it on top of screen and cant make calls nor recieve it says no network . Manual search shows all 3 networks with a cross on 2 which r not bieng used ... I just need to get the R sign go ....

Can somebody please help me wether this is Hardware or software problem ,, I already reset phone settings and still same problem also done factory reset ..Please help as to what cud cause this netwrok issue
