I need some tool(s) to flash my "LG GS290 Cookie Fresh"

or

What is the best free flasher tool to flash LG GS290?

ROM_GS290AT-00-V10b-ARB-XXX-MAY-14-2010+0

GS290 Flasher
SETUP_GSMULTI_V3.0.rar

GS290 DLL
GS290_100211.rar

Flashing Prodedure:
1. Install GSMULti V3.0 and USBMap.
2. Connect phone to usb cable without battery, Windows will ask for driver, show driver from C:\GSMULTI\UsbDrivers\INFINEON.
3. Open USBMap from C:\GSMULTI, select INFINEON and click MAPPING START, reconnect the phone to usb cable without battery. Some info will show on PORT/KEYNAME, now SAVE & EXIT.
4. Open GSMulti main software, go to Setting(s) > Configuration, select DLL and firmware on S/W box, select USB as communication then OK. Now click START on main software, when the software says Wait Phone Connecting.. reconnect the cable. If flashing not start without battery just put the battery and slightly press power button.

i did all you told us to do and when i connect the phone to GSMMULTI the phone Fail as soon as it start. now when i flash the same phone with outer files it works fine. i have a feeling that something is wrong with the file you posted. Can you help???

Did you do USB Map before click Start ?

use this one, it works... the FW posted in this theard is damaged, i got fail too...
