LG GW300 Software Upgrade / Flashing Tutorial

If you are LG GW300 users and have a problem with it ( software problem ) like Auto Shutdown AKA Restarting, Hanging or stuck, now you can repair it for free.
Ok, let startded..,

Tools & Materials

Original Usb data cable, compatible with Nokia CA-101 Usb data cable
Software updater / flasher ( GSMMULTI V3.0 ). click here to downlod
LG GW300 Firmware click here to download

Step by Step

Download & Extract LG GW300 Flasher
Execute / Install SETUP_GSMULTI_V30, and then C:\GSMULTI folder will be created
Find MultiGSM_V30.exe on C:\GSMULTI folder, then right click, send to desktop
Execute / Install Setup_USB_PortMapping_04.exe, and the result will be stored in C:\GSMULTI\UsbDrivers\MTK
Connect phone ( in power off condition ) to PC via Usb data cable, wait until detected by PC
When PC asking for driver, go to C:\GSMULTI\UsbDrivers\MTK, wait until driver installed
Open MultiGSM_V30.exe ( at desktop ), go to Tab Setting ==> Configuration. For DLL, choose GW300_090625.dll at LG GW300 Flasher folder, for S/W file choose LG GW300 Firmware. For other setting don't changed
Final step.., just click on START button and wait untill all process done / pass.

how about if the mobile is not able to work longer? My mobile life just 5 seconds and then die and my pc can not detect it goes .. any suggestions?

In that case you need to use UART mode (flash with COM cable).

attention please!!!
phone hang,cant select right port....
here solution:
after install all drivers (phone continue to hang)
go to c: gsmulti,open USBMap_V04.exe
choose MTK(ADI)
press MAPPING START
connect phone whit usb(off mode)
wait the phone hang and u see phone connect by USB or maybe another one but phone be recognized
open flasher and start.
all done.

After open USBMap_V04.exe, I can see phone recoqnized. But software MultiGSM stuck at wait phone connecting for long time. Phone is still hang.
How to solve?

after USBMap is being finished disconnect the phone, and when GSMulti stuck at wait for connecting phone, connect the phone again.

Helo I have an another probelem: the usb map is finding the port, the multi gsm is findung too the phone, after "waiting for connect the phone". After 5sec write failed and the phone display paver on "battery full..." i have tryed whitout the battery then too power on the display and the writed "insert battery".

Please help. Thx

Resolved whit reinstall.

Hi. I flashed an lg gw300 with this method, want to unlock, but said "incorrect code". what is the problem? how can be unlocked?

I tried my best to connect the lg gw300 in off condition and install driver, but its automatically installing driver and simultaneously giving msg on phone BATTERY FULL,,and on pc,,,DEVICE UNPLUGGED,,,
PLEASE help.......

Flashing has no relation with unlock. For unlock, you need professional tool or need to buy code.
